Certification: The Duke University School of Medicine designates this activity for a maximum of 1 credit hour in Category 1 towards the AMA Physician’ Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. This activity has also been approved for one credit hour from the SDMS. CME credit requires payment of $20 as CME cannot be granted without charge payable directly by the person claiming CME credit.
